The boutique hotel La Residencia, situated in the mountains Tramontana Northwest Spanish island of Majorca, has launched a unique project to restore the ancient olive groves. The hotel complex stretches over 130,000 square meters, much of this area is the mountain spurs, which for hundreds of years had olive groves and carob trees.
