Recently, due to lower prices and better conditions, Turkey is much preferred destination for holidays and trips by many Bulgarians. A remarkable place, which would interest Cappadocia / from Persian Katpadukya – “Land of beautiful horses” /. The terrain is rocky, mottled with strange rocks and caves as of fairy tales. Rocks were formed by lava in the eruption of volcanoes millions of years ago, but erosion shaped them. Formed cavities were shown to be ideal for housing. And because the rocks are not very hard people are easily managed to expand them and carve new ones. More information about the area can be found in the travel notes Cappadocia – the land of beautiful horses. Many caves have been used since antiquity for churches, monasteries and live, but today some have been converted into hotels. One of the hotels located in the rocks of Cappadocia is Yunak Evleri Cave Hotel, which I guess acting Junak. The name comes from the neighborhood in which it sits. Located in Urgup, a settlement with 15,000 inhabitants. It is composed of 30 cave rooms dating from the 5th and 6th centuries and a Greek villa of 19th century. The rooms are double rooms, deluxe and suites. Although it is built from caves and niches, is really a luxury, five-star hotel.
