Ivan Rilski Hotel in Bansko

Ivan Rilski hotelI must admit that I am fans of Bansko, rarely visit the resort and do not know good hotels and restaurants in the region. Special occasion me to a Spa Hotel Saint Ivan Rilski “and not disappointed. The hotel is good against the Bulgarian resort hotels, but the thing that made my service was extremely impressed. We had occasion, so we were committed to the restaurant and the chef, who cared for us all – any suggestions of dishes, wine tastings, special service, the execution of the feast itself. The room is large, arranged in soft tones. Available are standard conveniences without undue pamper you. The bathroom is fairly large and comfortable. The view from the room, unfortunately reminiscent of the misunderstanding, which is building the Bulgarian resorts, or rather what it was. The hotel restaurant is cozy, but it is more suitable for large groups rather than to intimate dinners, but rather is characteristic of most hotel restaurants. Salad is perhaps one of the tastiest I’ve eaten. Contains tomato, fresh roasted peppers, roasted eggplant, shredded carrots, flavored with parsley and dill. The olives are originally served. This roll is an appetizer of grilled zucchini and fillet of smoked salmon – excellent combination. Interestingly in the preparation of the lamb is that it is boned before being baked while retained its shape. As shown in the picture and the result is excellent – lean meat with crispy crust.

Park Hotel Pirin in Bulgaria

Park Hotel PirinWhen the weather is gloomy and dark, and forget that summer, there is one place in Bulgaria where it is (almost) always sunny. Very often I Sandanski neglected as a destination, but lately I find more reasons to harbor there. Sundance is one of them, and dinner in Thessaloniki (only a hour away), any party in the summer. Night life in Sandanski is also in progress in recent years, but still somehow can not cross the threshold of the Blue City, I prefer to go to Greece or to just rest. Sundance is without doubt the best hotel in Sandanski and if we compare it with another one in Bulgaria, I would compare it with the Grand Hotel Velingrad, but I was hard to decide who I like more. The hotel is full on weekends, so if you really want to clean and not waiting for hours for the spa procedure, the better option is to visit during the week. The location is suitable for a vacation with the children slept – weekends or just a favorite sequestration – has something for everyone. The Room at Sundance is spacious and comfortable with very comfortable beds and pillows. We had direct access to the pool which was very convenient, especially if you plan to spend most time in the sun lounge.
